About the event
This package includes 2 live online classes a week for 3 months. Makeing each class around $4 if you only do them once!
However as an added benefit, they will remain available for a week, so you can actually retake the classes as many times as you like during that time frame!
This upgraded package also inlcudes 2 thirty minute private online sessions to work on anything you request, be it an injury or getting deeper into a particular pose.
Another benefit of a live online class rather than a recording is that you can make requests before class as to what you would like to work on, and I will be available for 15 minutes after class for any questions you may have.
