March Sound Healing Experience

Join us for a wonderful deep dive experience into the world of sound healing! Brian and Stephanie will lead you on a audible journey into healing spaces, that might not be accessible in normal meditation. Stephanie will also be offering a verbal guided experience with Yoga Nidra!

Bring a comfortable blanket or yoga mat to lay on, bolsters, eye pillows or any other comforts to create your own sacred space. You may even want to bring your crystals to rest close to you!  It is also a good idea to bring water!

Investment for the event is $30 in advance, $35 at the door.

The workshop will start at 6:00 pm, please arrive early so you can get a good spot and settle in.
