During your session, we will work together to create an easy to follow holistic approach to wellness. We will address the interconnected layers of your being: the physical body, breath body, mental body, emotional body, and the profound sense of bliss within. This may include physical movement, dietary recommendations, conscious breathing, mindfulness practices and emotional support. Explore whatever you are facing freely, openly and with full support in a safe non-judgemental environment. We also offer vibroacoustic SoundBed therapy. This is a full somatic experience that can be used to amplify the effects of meditation and breathwork. In as little as 7 minutes the SoundBed therapy can release you out of the stress response and into deep relaxation and receptivity.
